Our promise to reps: Your coaching conversations with NOVA are never shared with your manager — not now, not ever. Managers only ever see your NOVA-6 dimension progress and your DISC profile, so they can align their coaching to how you work best instead of coaching everyone the same way. The obstacles you talk through with NOVA stay between you and NOVA, so you can be honest without it ever counting against you.
How NOVA AI Works
NOVA AI is your personal sales coach. Here's how we keep it personal:
AI Providers: Anthropic (Claude) & OpenAI
NOVA's coaching is powered by the Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI APIs. Per both providers' API terms, your data is NOT used to train AI models, and API inputs are retained only briefly for service quality (typically up to 30 days), then deleted. We send only the deal context needed to coach you — never your whole CRM. See our Security & Trust page for the full sub-processor list.
Nightly Coaching Generation
Your data is analyzed each night to generate personalized coaching for the following day. This includes calculating deal health scores, identifying coaching opportunities, and preparing your daily priorities. All processing happens within our secure infrastructure.
Your AI is Yours
NOVA learns from YOUR data to give YOU personalized coaching. Your patterns aren't used to train anyone else's AI.
Isolated Learning
Each user's AI model is isolated. Your competitor using Opsight? They'll never benefit from your data.
You Control the Learning
Turn off AI learning anytime. Delete specific conversations. You decide what NOVA remembers.

GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA & Quebec Law 25: We comply with all major privacy regulations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Canadians can escalate an unresolved concern to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or Quebec residents to the Commission d'accès à l'information. How long we keep your data — and how to delete it. We keep your data for as long as your Opsight HQ account is active, because NOVA's coaching gets sharper the more of your history it can learn from. To erase your data, delete your Opsight HQ account — disconnecting a CRM or simply not entering new data does not remove data already stored. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your data within 30 days (a 30-day recovery window applies first). We retain billing records where the law requires us to.
Consent & withdrawal. You provide your data by choosing to enter or connect it. You can withdraw at any time — stop using Opsight, disconnect your CRM, or delete your account. You can review and correct your profile information anytime in your account settings.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can other users see my sales data?
Absolutely not. Your data is completely isolated in its own secure environment. Even users in your own company can't see your personal dashboard unless you explicitly share something. Your deals, metrics, and NOVA conversations are 100% private to you.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We make money from subscriptions, not from selling data. Your sales intelligence stays yours. We'd rather shut down than betray that trust. Our business model depends on you succeeding, not on exploiting your information.
What if I connect my CRM?
We access a short list of deal fields — title, value, stage, close date, company, next step — plus the notes your reps write (that's what NOVA coaches on). We never access your emails, calls, contracts, forecasts, or sensitive documents. We write the coaching notes reps enter back to the deal so managers stay in the loop. You can disconnect anytime. Will my IT team approve this integration?
We've designed our integration with IT approval in mind. We access only a short list of deal fields plus notes—no emails, calls, documents, or forecasts. We connect over OAuth (never your password), and your admin controls exactly what we can see and can revoke it anytime. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256), on SOC 2 Type II–certified infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe). The AI providers we use (Anthropic and OpenAI) do NOT train on data sent through their APIs. We're not SOC 2 certified ourselves yet—we're early-stage and building toward it, and we tell you that plainly. What if I don't want to connect my CRM?
No problem! Use our Lite CRM to manage your deals directly in Opsight. You can manually enter your real deals or import them from a CSV export. You'll get NOVA's full coaching on your actual pipeline without any external integration. This is perfect if you don't have a CRM, your company won't approve the integration, or you simply prefer to keep your deals in one dedicated coaching platform.
How does my data make NOVA better for ME?
The more NOVA understands your specific selling style and deal patterns, the more personalized the coaching becomes. It learns that you close better with certain industries, struggle with specific objections, or excel at certain deal sizes. This knowledge stays exclusively with your account - making NOVA YOUR expert sales coach, not anyone else's.
Can I delete everything and start over?
Yes! You can reset your data anytime from settings. You can also export everything first if you want a backup. We even have a 30-day recovery period if you change your mind after deletion. You're always in control.
