When you connect your CRM (like Pipedrive), we access only 5 basic fields per deal. Your CRM remains the source of truth. Here's the complete list:

How Nova AI Works
Nova AI is your personal sales coach. Here's how we keep it personal:
AI Provider: Anthropic (Claude)
Nova's coaching insights are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Your data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's enterprise data policies and is NOT used to train AI models. API data is retained for only 30 days for service quality, then deleted.
Nightly Coaching Generation
Your data is analyzed each night to generate personalized coaching for the following day. This includes calculating deal health scores, identifying coaching opportunities, and preparing your daily priorities. All processing happens within our secure infrastructure.
Your AI is Yours
Nova learns from YOUR data to give YOU personalized coaching. Your patterns aren't used to train anyone else's AI.
Isolated Learning
Each user's AI model is isolated. Your competitor using Opsight? They'll never benefit from your data.
You Control the Learning
Turn off AI learning anytime. Delete specific conversations. You decide what Nova remembers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can other users see my sales data?
Absolutely not. Your data is completely isolated in its own secure environment. Even users in your own company can't see your personal dashboard unless you explicitly share something. Your deals, metrics, and Nova conversations are 100% private to you.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We make money from subscriptions, not from selling data. Your sales intelligence stays yours. We'd rather shut down than betray that trust. Our business model depends on you succeeding, not on exploiting your information.
What if I connect my CRM?
We access only 5 basic fields per deal: title, value, stage, close date, and company name. We never access your emails, calls, contracts, or sensitive documents. We do write basic deal updates back to keep your CRM in sync (stage changes, notes). You can disconnect anytime. Think of it as giving Nova permission to be your personal analyst with minimal data access.
Will my IT team approve this integration?
We've designed our integration with IT approval in mind. We access only 5 basic deal fields—no emails, calls, or documents. Our infrastructure (Supabase) is SOC 2 Type II certified. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256). We use Anthropic's Claude API which does NOT train on customer data. We're happy to provide a security overview document for your IT team—email security@opsighthq.com.
What if I don't want to connect my CRM?
No problem! Use our Lite CRM to manage your deals directly in Opsight. You can manually enter your real deals or import them from a CSV export. You'll get Nova's full coaching on your actual pipeline without any external integration. This is perfect if you don't have a CRM, your company won't approve the integration, or you simply prefer to keep your deals in one dedicated coaching platform.
How does my data make Nova better for ME?
The more Nova understands your specific selling style and deal patterns, the more personalized the coaching becomes. It learns that you close better with certain industries, struggle with specific objections, or excel at certain deal sizes. This knowledge stays exclusively with your account - making Nova YOUR expert sales coach, not anyone else's.
Can I delete everything and start over?
Yes! You can reset your data anytime from settings. You can also export everything first if you want a backup. We even have a 30-day recovery period if you change your mind after deletion. You're always in control.
