What You're Agreeing To
- →Use Opsight HQ to improve your sales, not for anything illegal or harmful
- →Pay for your subscription on time (we'll remind you)
- →Your content is yours, our platform is ours
- →We'll do our best, but can't guarantee perfection
How We Use Your Sales Data
Your sales data is the foundation of personalized coaching. Here's our commitment:
CRM Integration: Minimal Data Access
When you connect your CRM (like Pipedrive), we access only 5 basic fields per deal:
- 1. Deal Title (name of the opportunity)
- 2. Deal Value (dollar amount)
- 3. Deal Stage (current pipeline stage)
- 4. Expected Close Date
- 5. Company Name
We NEVER access emails, calls, contracts, pricing details, or sensitive documents. Your CRM remains the source of truth.
What We Do With Your Data

- ✓Track your progress and celebrate your wins
- ✓Identify opportunities in your pipeline
- ✓Generate insights specific to YOUR deals
What We NEVER Do
- ✗Aggregate your data with other users
- ✗Sell or share your information
- ✗Use your deals to train AI models
- ✗Let competitors see your pipeline
AI Provider: Anthropic (Claude)
Nova's coaching is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Your data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's enterprise data policies. Your data is NOT used to train AI models.API data is retained for only 30 days, then deleted.
Lite CRM Option: Don't have a CRM or can't connect your company's system? Use our built-in Lite CRM to manage your real deals directly in Opsight. Import deals from CSV or enter them manually - you'll get full Nova coaching on your actual pipeline. Perfect for solopreneurs or when IT won't approve integrations.
Using Opsight HQ
Who Can Use It
- • You must be 18 or older
- • You need authority to bind your company (if using for business)
- • You can't be barred from using our services under any laws
Your Account
- • Keep your login credentials secure (we can't see your password)
- • You're responsible for all activity under your account
- • One account per person (no sharing)
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
Use Opsight HQ for its intended purpose: improving sales performance. Don't:
- ✗ Violate any laws or regulations
- ✗ Infringe on others' rights
- ✗ Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
- ✗ Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our content
- ✗ Use it to spam or harass anyone
Team Accounts & Data Visibility
If you're part of a team account:
✅ What Managers CAN See:
- • Deal data (pipeline, stages, values)
- • Performance metrics and trends
- • DISC personality profiles (for coaching alignment)
- • Behavioral insights from platform usage
- • AI-generated coaching recommendations
❌ What Managers CANNOT See:
- • Your Nova chat history
- • Your private coaching conversations
- • Your personal feelings about deals
- • Your individual reflection journal
Key Point: Managers see business data and behavioral insights to help them coach you better, but your private conversations with Nova stay private.
Payments & Billing
Subscription Plans
- • Monthly or annual billing (save 20% annually!)
- • Auto-renews unless you cancel
- • Upgrade or downgrade anytime
- • Changes take effect next billing cycle
14-Day Free Trial
- ✓14 days of full access—no restrictions
- ✓No credit card required until after your trial ends
- ✓Full access to all features including CRM integration
- ✓No automatic charges—you choose to subscribe after trial
Refunds
- • 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers
- • Pro-rated refunds for annual plans cancelled mid-term
- • No refunds for monthly plans after billing date
- • Contact support@opsighthq.com for refund requests
Failed Payments: We'll retry failed payments and notify you. After 3 attempts, your account may be suspended (but your data is safe).
Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
- • You own all data you upload (deals, metrics, etc.)
- • You grant us license to use it to provide our services
- • We won't sell or share your content with third parties
- • You can export or delete your content anytime
Our Content
- • Opsight HQ platform, Nova AI, and all features are our property
- • You get a license to use them while subscribed
- • Don't copy, modify, or reverse engineer our services
- • "Opsight HQ" and "Nova" are our trademarks
Feedback
Love your ideas! If you send us suggestions, we can use them without compensation (but we'll credit you if we implement something cool).
Warranties & Liability
The Legal Bit: We provide Opsight HQ "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
What This Means
- • We work hard to keep the service running smoothly
- • Sometimes things break - we'll fix them ASAP
- • Nova AI gives advice, but you make the decisions
- • Back up important data (though we do too)
Cancellation & Termination
You Can Cancel
- • Cancel anytime from your account settings
- • Access continues until end of billing period
- • Export your data before cancelling
- • No cancellation fees ever
We May Terminate If
- • You violate these terms repeatedly
- • Payment fails after multiple attempts
- • You engage in fraudulent activity
- • Required by law
We'll always try to resolve issues first and give you time to export data.
Legal Stuff
- •Governing Law: California, USA (without conflict provisions)
- •Disputes: We'll try to resolve things amicably. If needed, binding arbitration in San Francisco.
- •Changes: We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes.
- •Entire Agreement: These terms plus our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement.
