The profile NOVA uses to talk to you the way you'd talk to yourself.

Sales coaching usually fails because the advice is generic. "Be more discovery-focused" means nothing when you're a direct closer who hates open-ended questions. Your DNA is how Opsight avoids that — every script, every nudge, every line you read in a Situation Room comes through the lens of how you actually sell.

Where you'll feel it

  • In your TMVAs. The three actions every morning aren't generic — they read like you wrote them, with the language you'd actually use on the phone.
  • In the Situation Room. The drafted next-step email isn't a template — it's framed for your style and the specific buyer in front of you.
  • In your Weekly Review. The reflection prompts adjust to what you respond to — quick wins for momentum reps, deeper retrospectives for analytical ones.
  • In your manager 1:1s. If your manager uses Opsight, their AI-prepared playbook adapts to your DNA and theirs — the conversation is shaped to land for both of you.

When to refresh it

Most reps take their DNA once and never touch it again. That's fine for the first 90 days. After that, two reasons to retake it:

  • ·You've changed roles or segments — SMB to mid-market, inside to field, AE to AM.
  • ·The coaching feels off. Your style has evolved and the system is still talking to who you were six months ago.

It takes about 12 minutes. Settings → Sales DNA → Retake.

A note on privacy

Your DNA stays inside your account. NOVA uses it to coach you. Your manager sees a high-level summary if you're on a Team plan — enough to know how to coach you, not enough to read your private answers.
