Opsight HQ is your AI sales mentor that lives inside Pipedrive. Unlike generic AI tools that give the same advice to everyone, NOVA (your AI coach) learns YOUR communication style, understands YOUR strengths and gaps, and delivers coaching personalized to how YOU sell.

Install — Two Paths to the Same Place

- 1. Find Opsight HQ on the Pipedrive marketplace and click Install
- 2. On the welcome page, click Create new account
- 3. Enter email, password, and basic info
- 4. Confirm your email (check your inbox)
After email confirmation we drop you back into the install flow — no extra navigation.
From opsighthq.com
- 1. Go to opsighthq.com/integrations/pipedrive
- 2. Click Get Started Free
- 3. Enter email, password, and basic info
- 4. Confirm your email (check your inbox)
You'll connect Pipedrive at the end via OAuth — same final state as the marketplace path.
Take the Sales DNA Assessment
~10 minutesThis is the most important step. Without it, NOVA gives generic advice. With it, every insight is personalized to YOU.
The Sales DNA assessment is the first thing you'll see after install. It captures the inputs NOVA needs to coach you instead of a generic seller:
- DISC communication style — how you naturally engage prospects
- Skills self-assessment — strengths and gaps across the NOVA-6 dimensions
- Goals & learning preferences — so coaching lands the way you actually absorb it

Short on time? You can skip and come back later from Quick Actions → Setup Guide in your Opsight dashboard — but NOVA stays in generic mode until it's done.
Confirm Your Stage Mapping
~1 minuteYou'll land on the Stage Mapping screen automatically. We auto-detect how your custom Pipedrive stages map to the 7 Opsight pipeline stages — you just review, override anything that looks off, and save.
Marketplace path: Pipedrive is already connected — the install handled OAuth. Website path: you'll click Connect Pipedrive on the integrations page first, then land on this same screen.
Why we ask: NOVA-6 coaching is stage-aware. A "discovery" deal gets different plays than a "negotiation" deal — so the mapping has to be right before any deal imports.
